A call to arms, my (QMi-shipping) friends!

darleenk and I got to talking about how fandom seems (to our knowledge) to be lacking in a QMi primer. Where do we point people when they ask us what's so great about QMi? What do we say when they ask why we ship them? Where do we even start?

Considering the sheer magnitude of QMi interaction and QMi love, we thought we could make it a group effort. :D We're hoping to compile all our contributions in this one post and then have all the material sorted and organized for the Ultimate QMi Primer™. Which will be totally bitchin' because of (1) how awesome our ship is and (2) how awesome the people working together are. ♥ So here is the:

# Reading SPN and HP epic longfic and being ridiculously jealous (and admiring) of the way those fandom authors can write so much so well. (My corporate!AU is undergoing beta right now and the entire process is terrifying. Longfic is hard and it is scary. I'm unused to this! /clutches at people's hands. Hopefully it gets easier with practice but a part of me also laughs hysterically and thinks: Like hell I'd put myself through this again? I will never break 10k again. ;__;)

This year was hell I tell you, HELL. Period decided to pay me a visit on Friday night, the night BEFORE CF - how nice of it.

Disclaimer: I obviously looted pics from everywhere, so don't mind me.

Anyways, the Italies (tiramishi and bathosroyale) came down on Saturday morning. Picked them up from Sentral around 10am, brought them home, and after hours of getting ready, we finally left the house at 1pm...and gawd did I regret leaving so late. Traffic and parking was horrible, and to be honest, when I got there, I was a very grumpy Iceland.

Highlights for Day 1:

Because I had no lunch, I decided to EAT Hanatamago while a horrified Finland looks on.

Day 2 was insane. We were late again even though I tried to make sure we left the house
by 1030am, but failed. Peh. Got to Azn Ave around 1120-ish and bumped into Prussia shadowdorumon and France ariesdraco, my partners-in-crime for my Spain the whole day; along with Kits and Tessie who were Sheryl and Alto. We didn't even get to go up to the venue and got dragged to eat lunch at Pasta Zanmai instead. Sorry may_billy, heard from Austria doublelynn later on that you were looking for me upstairsXD

After lunch, the bad friends trio decided to get some booze at Jusco...mainly RedBull for Prussia, who had trouble getting it up. After that, we went up and were just running and fooling around for a bit. Met up with the Sentai anna_chiba, gerai_neon, may_billy and shirochan for like...a minute; before I got pulled off again OTL I sorries.

..and now that CF is over, I can plan for next year. But after this weekend, my holidays are officially over. Will be working at Isuzu for the next two months if I last that long and I can't even go anywhere during the weekdays anymore. So yes peeps, I'll only be free on weekday nights, and weekends!

The DC drama is solved. Kinda. YA won't be shipping it til next year so I shall just not care. Already spoilered myself for it by staring at the CGs. I think I will cry when I play Joshua's route. Yeap.

I love the boys, all fifteen of them. I love them whether they are in a boy band or not. I love them for their love for each other, so I want most for their relationships with each other to be okay after all of this mess. That is more important to me than how the contract or legal issues work out. Every one of them is human and fallible, susceptible to hurt and prone to mistakes, and every one of them has my support. In the end, I just want all fifteen of them to be happy and to love each other.

The other shit pales in comparison.

I don't know how old this news is, but I check Right Stuf's website very frequently and saw they had entries for the complete series on regular DVD and Blu-ray coming out March 30. I'm not quite sold on Blu-ray yet, but I'm actually excited. Heck, I didn't even know they were coming out with a 'complete set' of the anime. Seems kind of silly really, but if Blu-ray looks anything like R2 DVDs usually look, I might be sold on it.

I'm finished with all of my exams! I am officially halfway through with this whole law school business and pretty thrilled about it if I don't think too hard about the remaining 1.5 years, haha. To celebrate wrapping things up, I'm going to clean my apartment. Omg, you have no idea how awesome this will be. I love cleaning, okay? It produces instant, visible results, and I am all about that. Ahh the scent of chemicals in the air...

I am also writing, hurray! None of you care but I'm going to talk about it anyway, it's how I roll. That stupid corporate AU inspired by the Sorry Sorry Answer MV has grown to ridiculous proportions. Longfic proportions! It's like my muse is trying to turn me into black_goose and I'm all: Are you kidding? I'm not insane like she is! I can't juggle 20+ longfic WsIP! I am too ADD for that! Sadly, this fic is >15,000 and going strong. It requires so, so much editing once I'm done with it though, oh my god. I also refuse to post it before it's done. But I also want to post it before the year's out. In conclusion: I will be writing like a crazy person for a while, and now that finals are over, I should finally have the time! Which, naturally, means that I will lose all motivation...

Also working on some other things and have to sort out what I'm packing to take home with me on Saturday, because I actually have to do work over break. But I will be at home, and well-fed! I will see people, and also movies! That significantly improves life by a factor of 10.

Repimping the time capsule meme because...hoyah did it? I basically live in a cave re: fandom, okay? I'm staying in my corner over here waving my personal flags and being ignorant of everything else.

Stuttgart; 26. & 27. of June.. I just came from Stuttgart XD and then it's taking place there.. really, way to go...

Bückeburg (Minden); 10. & 11. of July.. a week after I planned my return from Japan.. so, a very busy time for me~ xD but~ me has at least two different homes that offered me to let me stay there *happy*
